I don’t understand this Management question and need help to study.
A company’s ability to complete a project without any sizeable mishaps depends on the capabilities of the project manager. This person is responsible for communicating with the team, monitoring the progress of each member and planning for any potential issues that could arise throughout the project. Additionally, they have to be familiar with the expectations set for this project, the projected benefits, the shareholders and the beneficiaries. As a project manager, which characteristics and behaviors do you exhibit to the team? Would you consider yourself a proactive manager, meaning you prepare for issues instead of simply reacting once they occur?
