Need help with my Business question – I’m studying for my class.
Each question should be 75-150 words in length
1. Answer both of the following questions:
Suggest three to five rules for clear, effective writing that are not mentioned in this lesson. Consider what you have noticed in your business and personal experience, or what you learn from an internet search of the topic. Explain your rules using examples.
Explain your personal writing process. What has worked for you in your effort to produce quality documents? What is your biggest writing challenge?
2. Business Communication Online
Summarize some of the concerns faced by businesses communicating online. Reflect on your personal experiences with these challenges. What challenges might you anticipate as a technical writer in the workplace?

3. Poor Persuasion or Sales Letter
Perform an Internet search to locate an example of a sales letter. You may also locate one you received in the mail or at work. Attach a copy (a link document, or scan), and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the letter in regards to the quality of the argument it presents.
4.Communication and Interviews
Please respond to ONE of the following:
Keeping in mind all of our course material to date, describe the communication skills you feel are needed to be an effective interviewer AND also an effective interviewee.
How might an awareness of the communication process, as discussed in Lesson 1, help an individual have success in an employment interviews?
5. What is a Report?
A report is a systematic, well organised document which defines and analyses a subject or problem, and which may include:
- the record of a sequence of events
- interpretation of the significance of these events or facts
- evaluation of the facts or results of research presented
- discussion of the outcomes of a decision or course of action
Reports must always be:
- well structured
Based on what we learned above, locate a copy or link to a report (link, video, word file, or picture) and post it here. How the report you shared reflect the items above. Also, discuss any weakness you see within the report.

Is it easier to criticize a speaker’s delivery than his or her message content? Please explain your response. What are some ways a speaker might minimize audience criticism?
Conduct an Internet search to locate a PowerPoint presentation. Please offer an analysis of its strengths and weaknesses. Please provide the link to your chosen PowerPoint so that you peers are able to view it.
